There are no requirements to qualify for the money-back guarantee. Some VPNs ask you to not go over a certain data limit to qualify for their refund — I think it’s great that ExpressVPN doesn’t do this.

Also, it’s possible to ask for a refund even after the 30-day limit — but ExpressVPN will only consider offering it if you can prove that the VPN service wasn’t available or didn’t work.
