To enable the kill switch, go to Settings in the Surfshark app, select VPN settings, and scroll down to find the Kill Switch feature. Then, toggle the switch to turn it on. Surfshark will then let you choose between a soft or a hard kill switch. A soft kill switch will protect your traffic when your VPN disconnects, but you should choose the hard kill switch option if you want all of your traffic to be protected by the VPN at all times.
