Beyond Computer Solutions: I started BCS in 2000 as an outsourced IT company providing on-site and remote support services for law firms and other local small businesses. Our mission today is to help business owners focus on running their business while we help keep them out of the evening news!
SD: What is the main service your company offers?
BCS: Cybersecurity and incident response solutions. We still offer traditional managed IT services and helpdesk, but we go beyond that by offering enterprise-grade advanced cybersecurity tools for small to medium-sized businesses.
SD: What is something unique that helps you stay ahead of your competition?
BCS: We offer enterprise cybersecurity and hosting solutions at a predictable, monthly price. Many of our competitors do not offer a security team or the multiple layers of security that we offer to protect our clients.
SD: What do you think are the worst cyberthreats today?
BCS: Business Email Compromise. Hackers are not hacking their way in, rather, they are invited in by users who are being tricked into opening phishing emails!
