PrivateVPN has advanced security features that protect your connections in Uzbekistan. One of my complaints about TunnelBear is its small server network. You only get servers in 47 countries, and there are no servers in Uzbekistan or the surrounding countries. Your best bet for the fastest speeds is connecting to a server in Cyprus or another Eastern European country.
TunnelBear supports streaming on all its servers and works with most popular platforms. Moreover, it allows P2P traffic everywhere, but recommends connecting to one of only 7 specific countries’ servers optimized for torrenting in case of downloading issues.
